Eliassen Group is seeking a ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Developer to design, develop, configure, and optimize HRSD capabilities. Work on Employee Center, Case & Knowledge Management, and HR workflows, with AI-powered experiences and integrations with Workday.

The role requires 5+ years of ServiceNow development and 3+ years HRSD experience, with strong JavaScript and IntegrationHub expertise. This is a remote, W2 contract position offering a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow HRSD experience.
• Expertise in Employee Center, HR Case Management, Employee Relations, Knowledge Management, HR Catalogs, and Lifecycle Events.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday or other HCM platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Preferred certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS‑HR.
• Experience with Now Assist, AI features, and Employee Experience solutions.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise HR transformations.

Aufgaben

• Configure, develop, and support ServiceNow HRSD applications and modules.
• Build and enhance HR case management workflows, lifecycle events, employee journeys, and service catalog experiences.
• Develop custom applications, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, ACLs, and integrations.
• Configure Employee Center, HR Agent Workspace, Knowledge Management, Employee Relations, and HR Service Catalog offerings.
• Create and maintain scalable, reusable development standards and technical documentation.
• Implement and optimize ServiceNow AI capabilities such as Now Assist for HR and knowledge recommendations.
• Design intelligent workflow automation to improve employee experience and reduce manual effort and case volume.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify AI-driven enhancement opportunities.
• Develop and support integrations with platforms including Workday and identity management solutions.
