Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Developer to design, configure, and optimize HRSD capabilities in a remote contract role. The candidate will work on Employee Center, Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Relations, and AI-powered HR workflows, integrating with Workday and other systems.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of ServiceNow development, 3+ years in HRSD, and strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. W2 benefits apply.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow HRSD experience.
• Expertise in Employee Center, HR Case Management, Employee Relations, Knowledge Management, HR Catalogs, and Lifecycle Events.

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and support ServiceNow HRSD applications and modules.
• Build and enhance HR case management workflows, lifecycle events, employee journeys, and service catalog experiences.
• Develop custom applications, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, ACLs, and integrations.
• Configure Employee Center, HR Agent Workspace, Knowledge Management, Employee Relations, and HR Service Catalog offerings.
• Create and maintain scalable, reusable development standards and technical documentation.
• Implement and optimize ServiceNow AI capabilities such as Now Assist for HR, case summarization, resolution recommendations, knowledge recommendations, and employee self-service experiences.
