Eliassen Group is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Developer to design, develop, and optimize HRSD capabilities in a purely remote setting. The role focuses on Employee Center, Case & Knowledge Management, and HR workflows, with integrations to platforms like Workday.

The candidate should have 5+ years of ServiceNow development and 3+ years in HRSD, plus strong JavaScript and API skills. This is a W2 contract with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow HRSD experience.
• Expertise in Employee Center, HR Case Management, Employee Relations, Knowledge Management, HR Catalogs, and Lifecycle Events.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday or other HCM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and support ServiceNow HRSD applications and modules.
• Build and enhance HR case management workflows, lifecycle events, employee journeys, and service catalog experiences.
• Develop custom applications, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, ACLs, and integrations.
• Configure Employee Center, HR Agent Workspace, Knowledge Management, Employee Relations, and HR Service Catalog offerings.
• Create and maintain scalable development standards and technical documentation.
