• 5+ years of ServiceNow development.
• 3+ years of hands-on HRSD experience.
• Expertise in Employee Center, Case Management, Knowledge Management, and HR Catalogs.
• Strong JavaScript, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow architecture.
• Experience with Workday integrations and Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and support ServiceNow HRSD applications and modules.
• Build and enhance HR case management workflows and HR service catalog experiences.
• Develop custom applications, UI policies, business rules, and integrations.
• Implement AI capabilities and employee self-service experiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and architecture teams to ensure scalable solutions.
