Job summary

Leidos is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Engineer to support the TSA FOCUS program. The role involves administering ServiceNow workflows, dashboards, reports, and integrations while enhancing ITSM and ITOM capabilities.

You will troubleshoot platform issues, coordinate with TSA stakeholders, and help drive automation, testing, deployment, and documentation of platform changes to ensure reliable, auditable service delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience.
Experience supporting ServiceNow engineering or ITSM/ITOM in enterprise or federal IT.
Demonstrated experience configuring or administering ServiceNow.
Strong analytical, communication, documentation, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Administer and configure ServiceNow workflows, integrations, dashboards, reports, and service processes.
Support incident, request, knowledge, configuration, asset, and service management processes.
Develop and implement approved workflow enhancements and automation.
Support integrations between ServiceNow and approved operational systems.
Develop reporting and dashboards supporting SLA, service performance, and operations.
