Job summary

Leidos is seeking experienced ServiceNow professionals to support the TSA FOCUS Program. The role covers administration, configuration, and optimization of the ServiceNow environment for ITSM/ITOM, incidents, requests, dashboards, and much more within a federal context.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of ServiceNow experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with government and contractor stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in ServiceNow or ITSM/ITOM in enterprise or federal IT.
• Experience configuring or administering ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise service management processes and workflows.
• Ability to work with technical, operational, government, and contractor stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure ServiceNow workflows, dashboards, reports, and service processes.
• Support incident, request, knowledge, configuration, asset, and service management processes.
• Develop and implement workflow enhancements and automation.
• Support integrations between ServiceNow and operational systems.
• Develop reporting and dashboards supporting SLAs and performance.
• Support CMDB data quality, configuration management, and service mapping.
• Troubleshoot ServiceNow platform and workflow issues.
• Coordinate platform issues with TSA ServiceNow stakeholders.
• Perform testing, validation, deployment, and documentation for changes.
• Analyze workflow data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
