Job summary

Leidos is seeking an ITSM Administrator to manage the ITSM platform in Suitland, MD. You will ensure platform health, support ITIL processes, and deliver reporting dashboards to track KPIs.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, extensive ServiceNow ITSM experience, and strong scripting and troubleshooting skills to improve service delivery and asset management across mission-critical operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant ITSM/administration experience, or 3+ years with a master’s degree.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Certifications: Security+, ITIL V4 Foundation, and ServiceNow Certified Developer/Associate.

Responsibilities

• Administer the ITSM platform: user access, groups, permissions, and security controls.
• Troubleshoot issues within prescribed timelines and document changes.
• Manage Change, Incident, Problem, Request, and Asset Management processes.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor IT operations.
• Plan and execute platform upgrades with minimal business disruption.
