Job summary

Leidos seeks qualified professionals to support the TSA FOCUS program with onsite and remote end-user computing and site support across TSA locations. The role includes troubleshooting, installation, configuration, and validation of end-user equipment, coordinating with service management processes.

The position may require onsite, remote, dispatchable, surge, project, IMAC, and other technical support depending on operational needs.

Qualifications

BS degree plus 2+ years of relevant experience or Master’s with less than 2+ years experience.
Ability to obtain TSA Suitability and Public Trust
Experience supporting desktop, field, endpoint, or site support in an enterprise or federal IT environment.
Strong troubleshooting, customer service, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently at customer locations and coordinate with remote teams.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite and remote technical support for end-user computing and site equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, peripheral, and endpoint issues.
Install, configure, replace, and validate supported equipment.
Support moves, adds, changes, and decommissioning activities.
Coordinate site access, scheduling, logistics, travel, and customer communications.
Maintain ticket updates, technical documentation, and service records.
Escalate to Service Desk, network, engineering, asset management, cybersecurity, vendors, and other teams as needed.
