CompucomStaffing is seeking a qualified ServiceNow Developer for a remote position. The role requires current ServiceNow certifications (CSA and CAD) and 3–5+ years of experience in development and ITSM/ITOM/ITAM modules.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience with ServiceNow development.
• Active ServiceNow certifications including CSA and CAD.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.
• Experience developing and customizing ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, Service Catalog.
• Knowledge Management, Change Management, Incident and Problem Management experience.
• Experience with Service Portal and/or Employee Center.
• Familiarity with source control (Git) and CI/CD practices.
• Banking Industry Knowledge.
• Support production environments with high availability requirements.
• Troubleshoot critical incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Ability to prioritize competing requests and collaborate with infrastructure, security, compliance, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Build secure applications following least-privilege principles.
• Protect sensitive customer and financial data.
• Follow secure coding practices.
• Support audit logging and compliance reporting.
