Qualifications

Ten or more years of relevant work experience.

Experience translating business requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
Experience integrating AI tools with ServiceNow platforms.

Responsibilities

Define and implement ServiceNow solutions for telecom/ networking domains.
Collaborate with Product Management to capture requirements for Managed Network Services.
Work with IT, Network and vendor teams to deliver solutions across quote, order, bill, and support.
