Job summary

Arctiq is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer (P2 level) for a remote contract opportunity. The candidate will design, develop, and integrate solutions across ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, and custom applications, with strong focus on REST APIs and Flow Designer. MID Server, SSO, and IntegrationHub experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong experience with ITSM modules.
• Experience building integrations using REST APIs and JSON.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform aligned with business requirements.
• Provide hands-on development across ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, Service Portal, SPM, and Custom Applications.
• Build and maintain inbound and outbound REST API integrations; use IntegrationHub and Scripted REST APIs.
• Configure and manage SSO integrations with external identity providers such as Azure AD.
• Work with MID Server for integrations, discovery, and orchestration use cases.
• Develop and optimise solutions using Flow Designer, workflows, and automation capabilities.
• Customize forms, UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and Service Portal widgets.
• Maintain CMDB data quality and support ITOM capabilities like Discovery and Service Mapping.
