Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow Telecom solutions.
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales team on clients’ requirements.
• Prepare and facilitate customer workshops.

Skills

Deep knowledge of ServiceNow Telecom solutions

Strong scripting skills in ServiceNow

Ability to implement systems using Agile/Scrum

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Leadership capabilities

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science

ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
