Job summary

Kentro is seeking a Developer Lead / Integration Developer to lead ServiceNow development and integration efforts for the VA ESOM SAM workstream. This remote role within the United States offers hands-on leadership and technical direction across architecture, development, and testing.

The successful candidate will design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions, mentor developers, manage release readiness, and collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver on SAM

Qualifications

Eight years of professional software development or enterprise app experience.
Strong hands-on ServiceNow development and integration experience.
Experience leading or providing technical direction to developers in an enterprise setting.
Experience with REST and SOAP integrations and APIs.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate ServiceNow development activities for VA ESOM SAM workstream.
Design, develop, configure, and maintain scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with SAM requirements.
Translate requirements and user stories into executable solutions and development tasks.
Provide hands-on development support while guiding the team through design and delivery.
Review approaches and code to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability.
Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers early and drive resolution.
