Job summary

Qualifications

• 8 years, Required - Hands-on ServiceNow development, customization, administration experience in ITSM, ITOM, SAM, ITBM and/or equivalent
• 5 years, Required - Experience in ITSM/ITBM/DevOps/SecOps/ITOM/ITAM/IRM/Change Management
• 5 years, Required - Proficient in User Provisioning, Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, Service Catalog, Email modules
• 5 years, Required - Integrations with ServiceNow via REST/SOAP, Azure AD, SSO, Mid server, web services
• 4 years, Required - Excellent communication for leadership and training
• 8 years, Preferred - ServiceNow experience
• 5 years, Preferred - CSA and Implementation Specialist certifications
• 5 years, Preferred - Documentation and design specs
• 5 years, Preferred - Core ITIL processes: provisioning, incident, problem, change, catalog, request, CMDB
• 3 years, Preferred - JavaScript and scripting knowledge

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on configuration, development, and integration for ServiceNow implementations
• Serve as ServiceNow Administrator and Technical Lead on projects
• Design and implement end-to-end automation across ITSM/ITOM/ITAM/CMDB
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP, Azure AD, and SSO
• Create dashboards, reports, and design governance frameworks
• Lead architecture discussions and risk assessments with stakeholders
• Implement DevSecOps, CI/CD, ATF, and release governance
• Ensure data quality for CMDB and CSDM across environments
