Kentro, IT Concepts dba Kentro, is seeking a remote Senior Training Developer to design, develop, and deliver a comprehensive training program for the VA's ServiceNow HAM implementation across 150+ sites.

This senior role leads the transition to a full-scale training delivery model, including virtual office hours, videos, simulations, and a knowledge hub tailored to diverse user groups with varying ServiceNow proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain role-based training modules tailored to distinct VA user groups.
• Create short-form videos covering HAM workflows and ServiceNow tasks.
• Develop interactive simulations and hands-on practice scenarios for go-live readiness.
• Update SOPs, Job Aids, and Knowledge Articles to reflect VA governance and HAM configurations.
• Build a centralized training library on SharePoint with multi-modal content.
• Create templates, reports, and diagrams to support HAM training content.
