Job summary

Arctiq is seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join the Enterprise Service Management team. The role focuses on Discovery, CMDB, SPM, IT Asset Management, custom apps, and integrations, with governance and platform improvements.

The ideal candidate will mentor junior developers, lead complex implementations, and drive platform innovation in a remote contract setting with one of Arctiq's clients. A strong background in ServiceNow modules and integrations is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience delivering multiple end-to-end ServiceNow implementations.
• 5-7 years of overall IT experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Build custom applications, workflows, Flow Designer solutions, integrations, and automation.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices and platform governance standards.
• Perform code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Maintain ServiceNow Discovery.
• Configure and support Pattern-Based Discovery.
• Manage and troubleshoot Cloud Discovery.
• Configure and maintain Graph Connectors for Azure, Cisco Meraki, Juniper.
• Improve CMDB health, reconciliation, identification rules, and CSDM alignment.
• Drive CMDB governance and data quality initiatives.
• Configure and support Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, Resource Management, Time Cards, Financial Management.
• Support portfolio planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Work with business stakeholders on enhancement requests.
• Support HAM, asset lifecycle automation, procurement integrations, maintain asset processes.
• Develop and support integrations with REST/SOAP/IntegrationHub/MID Server/Import Sets/Transform Maps.
• Experience with Azure, Active Directory, Calero, Workday, other enterprise platforms.
• Maintain platform performance and stability.
• Participate in platform upgrades.
• Support release management.
• Perform root cause analysis for production issues.
• Ensure compliance with platform development standards.
