Job summary

Astrica, LLC is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to lead and deliver complex ServiceNow solutions for clients in a remote-first environment. You will guide technical design, oversee configuration and integration work, and ensure go-live success across multiple engagements.

The role requires 3+ years of ServiceNow experience, hands-on expertise in SPM, and strong Agile delivery skills. You will collaborate with Business Process Consultants and participate in knowledge sharing initiatives

Qualifications

3+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, including hands-on expertise in SPM (Demand, Project, Portfolio, and Resource Management).
3-5+ years of client-facing consulting delivering ServiceNow or enterprise SaaS implementations.
Proven experience in Agile delivery, leading sprint ceremonies and refining user stories.

Responsibilities

Dazzle clients by participating in all technical aspects of delivering complex ServiceNow solutions.
Builds on Agile engagements using the Astrica methodology to enhance efficiency and quality.
Define technical and design approaches, lead scrums, and advise on development/configuration activities.
Estimate time and effort for technical resources and communicate progress to the Engagement Manager.
Own the technical quality on customer projects, participate in code reviews, and oversee go-live planning.
Assist with discovery workshops and collaborate with Business Process Consultants to define requirements.
Participate in internal knowledge sharing, coaching, and collaboration initiatives.
