Job summary

Ampcus Inc. is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to support enterprise implementations, enhancements, and integrations. You will work on Demand Management, ITSM, Service Catalog, End User Services, and Microsoft O365 integrations including Outlook and Teams.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience, strong ServiceNow expertise, and the ability to design intuitive forms and workflows while collaborating with product owners and distributed delivery teams in an Agile setting.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Strong expertise in ITSM modules, Service Catalog, and ServiceNow integrations.
Experience with workflow automation and forms development.
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer.
Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with Microsoft O365 (Outlook/Teams).

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions across Demand Management, ITSM, Service Catalog, and End User Services.
Develop and maintain forms, catalog items, record producers, workflows, and automation aligned with business requirements.
Configure and customize ServiceNow using business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, UI actions, Flow Designer, and workflows.
Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and Microsoft O365 apps, including Outlook and Teams.
Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and web services.
Support automation use cases such as email-driven requests, notifications, and collaboration workflows.
Develop and enhance self-service offerings within Service Catalog and Employee Center.
Build intuitive forms and user interfaces that improve the employee and end-user experience.
Ensure seamless integration between forms, workflows, and backend processes.
Support Demand Management lifecycle from intake to fulfillment.
Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Partner with stakeholders to refine requirements and optimize processes.
Perform unit testing and support UAT; assist with production deployments and releases; provide Level 3 support.
