Raymond James is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to support the ServiceNow Platform Team within the Service Management Solutions Team. You will work with business owners across the organization to understand functional capabilities, analyze requirements, and drive consensus on scope, design, and implementation using agile methods.

The role focuses on translating technical concepts for business stakeholders, coordinating with development teams, and guiding sprint reviews to reflect business

Qualifications

This role requires a solid background in business processes and requirements gathering.
1–2 years of experience documenting and analyzing business processes as end-user agile stories.
Familiarity with FSO, ITSM, ITOM, IRM, PRF is a plus.
Scrum Master skills would be preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business owners to gather requirements and design solutions.
Clarify acceptance criteria and translate them into user stories for the scrum team.
Facilitate agile ceremonies and coordinate with development teams and leadership.
Maintain clear end-user stories and track progress through sprints.
