You will document configurations, work with engineers on enhancements, and support backup, recovery, and disaster-recovery testing, while contributing to user guides and training materials for ongoing operational needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 0–3 years in ServiceNow or ITSM support.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow workflows, forms, reporting.
• Ability to create and maintain high-quality documentation.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust and U.S. citizenship for this remote federal IT position.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements for ServiceNow features.
• Configure basic workflows, forms, catalogs, and reports.
• Maintain platform documentation, architecture diagrams, data flows.
• Participate in backup, recovery, and disaster-recovery planning.
• Support training by contributing to user guides and articles.
• Coordinate with ServiceNow engineers on complex enhancements, provide test cases.
• Assist with routine operations and monitoring, basic troubleshooting.
