Job summary

Opensity Solutions is hiring a ServiceNow Administrator to join our remote team in the USA. You will manage and customize the ServiceNow platform, handle incident management, and provide user support with solid documentation.

Knowledge of ITIL practices and ServiceNow modules is preferred. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive salary range of 70,000–80,000 USD per year, with potential annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 1–2 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform in a client support role.
• ITIL knowledge and familiarity with ServiceNow modules.

Responsibilities

• ServiceNow Administration: Manage and support the ServiceNow platform with module customizations.
• Incident Management: Troubleshoot issues to minimize business disruption.
• User Support: Provide technical support and end-user documentation.
• Reporting and Analytics: Build dashboards and reports on system performance.
• Documentation: Maintain configurations, changes, and processes documentation.
