Job summary

Empath Health is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Administrator to manage, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform across a large healthcare organization.

You will collaborate with IT, clinical, and business teams to implement ITSM, SPM, and Service Catalog modules, build workflows, integrate with enterprise systems, and ensure HIPAA/compliance through robust governance and security practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience configuring, implementing, and integrating ServiceNow ITSM, SPM, and Service Catalog
• Strong ServiceNow administration and workflow development skills
• Experience with integrations and APIs
• ITIL Foundation certification or higher preferred

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including users, roles, groups, and permissions
• Configure and support ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Knowledge, Service Catalog, ITSM, and SPM

In this role, you will manage, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform while supporting its integration across a complex healthcare organization.This position offers the opportunity to work across ServiceNow administration, workflow automation, system integrations, IT service management, and regulatory compliance while partnering with IT, clinical, and business teams to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
