Job summary

MSHS Pacific Power Group is seeking a Service Sales Representative to drive service revenue from a remote base while supporting customers in the Spokane, WA region. You will manage the full sales lifecycle, coordinate with Service, Engineering, Operations, and Parts teams, and build long-term customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and CRM skills, experience selling services or maintenance programs, and comfortable traveling up to 50% to support customers and close

• 2+ years in service sales, account management, or a similar role.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell service offerings, maintenance programs and service agreements.
• Serve as primary contact for service sales inquiries and customer requests.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate service solutions.
• Prepare and manage quotes, proposals, and service documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements.
