Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree or relevant experience is required.
• Prior sales and quoting experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and computer skills.
• Ability to identify prospects, lead generation, and conversion.
• Capability to discuss needs and emphasize product features for problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Quote new contract and product sales for new and existing customers.
• Lead generation and direct communications via verbal and email channels.
• Monthly reporting of bookings, renewals, and opportunities.
• Maintain customer satisfaction with timely, accurate responses.
• CRM & Syspro data entry and upkeep for quotes and sales.
• Collaborate with Service and Customer Support for satisfaction.
• Forecast sales weekly and report KPIs.
• Identify new business opportunities using CRM tools.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve sales processes and initiatives.
• Travel 1-2 times per year for significant quotations or key accounts.
