Job summary

Forgent Power seeks a Service Sales Leader to architect and manage the service sales function across startup & commissioning, modernization, maintenance, spares, training, and other services. You will define strategy, establish governance, and drive bookings and margin growth in a scalable, customer-focused engine.

The role requires standing up a new service sales organization, recruiting and leading a team, and partnering with product, project, and field services to expand recurring revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10–15+ years of sales leadership experience in electrical power, industrial, or mission-critical environments.
• Proven ability to build and scale sales organizations and drive service revenue growth.
• Strong track record managing complex customer relationships.
