Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; or 5+ years experience in Power Transmission/Power Transformers.
• Experience developing and executing growth strategies in a relevant market.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with cross-functional collaboration ability.

Responsibilities

• Formulates and executes proposal strategy and sales agreements; assists in customer negotiations; identifies new opportunities with partners.
• Develops specialized knowledge of commercial developments; contributes to strategy and policy; ensures delivery within area of responsibility.
• Maintains in-depth knowledge of market competition and differentiators; uses data analysis to support recommendations; leads small projects with moderate risk.
