Job summary

Fluence Energy seeks a Manager, Service Sales to drive order intake and revenue growth for Fluence’s Service organization in the Americas. This role demands strategic thinking, analytical skills, and proven experience in O&M sales within energy storage or renewables.

You will work across internal teams and manage relationships with service customers, negotiating long-term service agreements and developing new market offerings.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in Sales roles with a focus on operations and maintenance offerings in energy sector.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to build and manage relationships with team and external partners.
• Entrepreneurial drive with ownership mindset and proactive pursuit of opportunities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally within regional and Service teams.
• Strong communicator and relationship builder who earns client trust.
• Solid deal management and negotiation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement service sales strategies to increase service order intake and annual recurring revenue.
• Serve as subject matter expert on Fluence Service portfolio for new project opportunities and long-term service agreements.
• Lead or support negotiation of long-term service agreements and other service contracts.
• Collaborate with Service operations leadership and Growth teams to develop new offerings for specific markets.
• Conduct market research on competitors’ products and service strategies to stay on target.
• Contribute to development of new service products and supporting materials.
• Manage assigned sales opportunities in Salesforce.
• Present Fluence Service offerings and value propositions to customers and internal partners.
• Develop market knowledge of electricity markets in the Americas.
