Job summary

Edwards Vacuum is seeking a Service Sales Manager to drive profit growth in US Semiconductor service offerings, including OnTool and Sub-Fab services. You will shape commercial strategies, proposals, and customer plans, acting as Voice of the Customer for product development and deployment.

You will lead revenue and margin targets, collaborate with the leadership team, and develop financial models to quantify contract value and risks. Remote role with US travel; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years in a tech environment and 3 years in marketing, product management or other commercially-oriented role in service/B2B.

Responsibilities

• Develop service revenue, margin targets, forecasts and measurements.
• Support pricing policy and discount entitlement management to balance market share and profitability.
• Collaborate with service and sales to define and present service plans for key customers.
