Job summary

SP Industries, Inc. is seeking a Service Sales Representative to join our team.

This remote-focused role sells service contracts and collaborates with the Customer Care team, Service Managers, and Sales Representatives to proactively engage customers and drive new and existing account opportunities. You will quote contracts, manage lead generation, and report on bookings and renewals while ensuring customer satisfaction and accurate communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in generating leads and converting prospects into contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication to support customer dialogue.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams including Customer Care and Sales.
• Proven customer service experience and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Quote new contract and product sales for new and existing customers.
• Lead generation and direct communications to drive opportunities.
• Monthly reporting of bookings, renewals and new opportunities.
• Collaborate with Service, Delivery and Customer Care to ensure satisfaction.
• Use CRM tools to research accounts and track quotes/contract sales.
