HealthEquity, Inc. seeks a Manager of Service Ops Support to steer operational functions within the Operations Team. You’ll plan, develop, and drive programs, aligning with senior leadership to realize the organization’s strategic vision and department goals.

You will oversee hiring, training, performance management, and coaching for direct reports, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and vendor interactions, ensuring security and compliance of client data.

Formación

• Knowledge of operations management or related field, college or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years with account management, financial management, project management, client services, or similar operations leadership.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Understanding of consumer benefits and regulatory environment.

Responsabilidades

• Direct reports actions: hiring, scheduling, training, evaluating, coaching, and compensation recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with communications, marketing, legal, compliance, product, finance, and vendors.
• Monitor and improve departmental processes; manage PO to payment cycles and inventory-related procedures.
• Provide regular updates and reports on operations status and initiatives to leadership.
• Maintain policy controls and ensure data security of client/participant information.
• Participate in industry associations to stay current on best practices and regulatory changes.
