Job summary

HealthEquity in the United States seeks a Manager of Service Operations Support to direct the operations team, plan programs, and align with senior leadership on strategic goals. You will oversee hiring, training, performance management, and disciplinary actions for direct reports, while collaborating with finance, product, and vendor teams to improve processes.

This remote-friendly role includes on-site onboarding at HQ and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of operations management or related field; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 7+ years experience in account management, financial management, project management, client services or similar.
• Ability to lead teams and manage resources, equipment and enrollment/document processing.
• Understanding of consumer directed benefits and regulatory environment impacts.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent planning and organization.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills; attention to detail.
• Experience with document processing and OCR data capture; maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and maintain a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Direct personnel actions for direct reports: hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Handle special projects and coordinate with senior leadership and clients.
• Collaborate with communications, marketing, legal, compliance, product, finance, and vendor teams to improve processes.
• Lead staff meetings and communicate quality standards, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor operations, review service quality, and provide status reports to leadership.
• Maintain knowledge of benefits administration and regulatory changes affecting operations.
