Job summary

HealthEquity seeks an experienced ESM to lead a client-facing team that supports implementation and ongoing service delivery, driving process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

You will mentor team members, define solutions, and partner with product, operations, and sales to align initiatives with client needs. This remote role includes onboarding and Trailhead training, with onsite HQ sessions as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of experience with special projects and project management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and implement AI-based solutions to improve operational efficiency, client experience, and product capabilities.
• Represent (CIS) in cross-functional projects such as product buildout, BR and GTM activities, and EPMO projects.
• Engage in defining product or process improvements with consideration of operational impacts.
• Support leadership and Solution Managers in development activities, focusing on coaching team members.
• Provide SME guidance and mentorship within the CSE organization and help with client consultations and research.
• Provide resource support for Solutions Engineering with product and process expertise.
• Dive into details required to execute solutions, including configuration, implementation, and servicing.
• Drive cross-functional workstreams and assess impacts on training, reporting, governance, and sales support.
• Represent the organization in finalist meetings, providing demos and product expertise.
