Job summary

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Service Operations Coordinator to provide essential logistical, administrative, and customer communication support across its service operations. This role coordinates resources for four technicians across three sites, helping ensure service activities are organized and customers receive timely, professional support.

• Strong organizational and coordination skills across locations.
• Excellent customer communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily service operations and resource allocation for four technicians across three sites.
• Manage logistics, scheduling, and service coordination to support field operations.
• Communicate with customers regarding service needs, scheduling, updates and follow-up.
• Support technicians and teams with operational coordination and information management using Google Workspace and service platforms.
• Assist with administrative and technical service operations as needed to ensure a smooth customer experience.
