Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Service Operations Coordinator for a growing service-based company in the repair and maintenance industry. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity that will be fully remote, with the selected candidate required to be based in Colorado. The position offers the opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Scion Staffing is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator to provide essential logistical, administrative, and customer communication support across its service operations. This role will coordinate resources for four technicians across three sites, helping ensure service activities are organized and customers receive timely, professional support. The ideal candidate is organized, strong in logistics and coordination, and comfortable supporting technical or field service operations in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate daily service operations and resource allocation for four technicians across three sites.
• Manage logistics, scheduling, and service coordination to support efficient field operations.
• Communicate with customers regarding service needs, scheduling, updates, and follow-up.
• Support technicians and internal teams with operational coordination and timely information.Utilize Google Workspace and service management platforms to organize workflows, track information, and support daily operations.
• Assist with administrative and technical service operations as needed to ensure a smooth customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Relevant experience in logistics, operations coordination, or service operations.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across locations.
• Excellent customer communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable working with Google Workspace and learning service management software; experience with Skimmer, Jobber, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Ability to work remote in Colorado, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a proactive and team-oriented approach.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

• Compensation: $25–$30 per hour.
• Job Type: Contract-to-hire, with a minimum 6–8 month contract period before potential transition to permanent employment.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
