The role focuses on logistics, administrative support, and customer communications across four technicians and three sites, ensuring timely, professional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in logistics, operations coordination, or service operations.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills across multiple locations.
• Excellent customer communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Onsite work in Granby, CO, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily service operations and resource allocation for four technicians across three sites.
• Manage logistics, scheduling, and service coordination to support efficient field operations.
• Communicate with customers regarding service needs, scheduling, updates, and follow-up.
• Support technicians and internal teams with operational coordination and timely information.
• Utilize Google Workspace and service management platforms to organize workflows and track information.
