Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Service Excellence Associate for a remote role open to qualified candidates across the United States. You will lead training for external clients, coordinate virtual instructor-led sessions, and collaborate with SMEs to ensure accurate, engaging course content.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management or related field, 2+ years of training delivery experience, and proficiency with MS Office, Salesforce, and video platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum of two years’ experience delivering training to adult learners.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, Salesforce, and Excel).
• Ability to write clear explanations and engaging course content for a diverse audience.

Responsibilities

• Leading the effort of training external clients on multiple product offerings.
• Facilitating virtual instructor led training.
• Assisting in creation of new products, or offerings which indirectly or directly generate training revenue.
• Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy of course materials and relevance to target audience.
