Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's in science-related or engineering field (Med-Tech Degree preferred).
• Willing to travel up to 20%.
• 3-7 years of comparable experience in clinical labs.
• Experience troubleshooting Atellica/Chemistry/Immunoassay.
• Evening/night shift hours inclusive of a weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone/email support for internal/external customers and document in CRM.
• Demonstrate technical expertise in clinical laboratory practice supporting Atellica/Chemistry/Immunoassay.
• Deliver excellent customer service and perform high-level troubleshooting.
• Own tickets, escalate when needed, and meet service level metrics.
• Follow pay, time & expense policies and procedures.
