Siemens Healthineers in Newark, DE is seeking a technical support specialist for clinical laboratory instruments. You will provide phone/email assistance, document issues, and apply your technical expertise in Atellica/Chemistry/Immunoassay to resolve complex problems.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work evening/night shifts with weekend days. Travel up to 20% is expected as part of the position.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a science-related or engineering field, or equivalent experience.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for advanced troubleshooting.
• Strong phone and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Providing phone/email support for internal/external customers with accurate documentation.
• Demonstrating technical expertise in clinical laboratory practice while supporting Atellica/Chemistry/Immunoassay.
• Escalating issues when needed and ensuring timely resolution.
• Meeting/exceeding service level metrics.
• Complying with Siemens pay, T&E policies and procedures.
