Responsibilities include thorough documentation, escalation when needed, and maintaining high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, global healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing phone/email support for internal/external customers and documenting issues in the CRM tool.
• Demonstrating high technical expertise in clinical laboratory practice while supporting Atellica/Chemistry/Immunoassay.
• Delivering exceptional customer service to drive satisfaction through advanced troubleshooting.
• Taking timely action on open tickets and, if needed, escalating issues to the next level of support.
• Meeting or exceeding individual service level metrics to support customer/business needs.
• Ensuring compliance with Siemens pay and T&E policies and RS0 procedures.
