Job summary

You will install, calibrate, and service equipment, train operators, manage assets including a company car and devices, and uphold revenue and inventory controls while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventative maintenance on FlexLab HT automation modules and Atellica analyzers.
• Maintain calibration and diagnostics to ensure optimal system performance in a high-volume reference lab.
• Manage assets, including company car, cell phone, computer, tools, and inventory parts.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on FlexLab HT automation modules and Atellica connections.
• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Atellica analyzer systems in a high-volume reference lab.
• Deliver timely repairs and train laboratory operators and technical staff.
• Manage financial performance within capacity, including revenue, expenses and inventory.
• Ensure calibration test equipment is current and not overdue.
• Document usage of tools and equipment in eFSR.
• Manage company assets issued, including car, devices, tools and parts.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and peers; perform administrative duties.
