Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics seeks a Field Service Engineer to service CHEMISTRY and IMMUNOASSAY instruments with remote work flexibility. You will troubleshoot, install, perform preventive maintenance, and repair Beckman Coulter equipment, while delivering training and support to customers.

Travel up to 80% within the territory is required. We value an associate degree and 1+ year of hands-on repair experience, with proficiency in service records, parts ordering, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Associate degree; military experience or high school diploma with equivalent experience may be considered.
• 1+ years’ experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, electronic equipment, and/or instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Work independently, handling troubleshooting, installation, preventative maintenance, and service repair needs of Beckman Coulter equipment.
• Deliver excellent and efficient service and training to Beckman Coulter’s customers.
• Maintain accurate customer service logs and internal service records, order repair parts, and adhere to cycle times.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, understanding and meeting their requirements, while training newer Field Service Engineers.
