Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years' experience in dispatch or customer service.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and dispatch systems.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve complex customer inquiries.
• Dispatch and monitor service calls for efficiency.
• Coordinate with contractors for troubleshooting and updates.
• Provide multi-channel service (phone, email, text).
• Maintain accurate call codes and documentation.
