Job summary

CSC ServiceWorks is seeking an entry-level Appliance Warehouse - Service Dispatch Coordinator for a remote, Monday–Friday schedule. You will handle customer calls, route service technicians, and review daily reports to resolve issues and ensure timely service.

This role helps develop foundational skills in customer service, problem-solving, and operational support within a supportive team environment. Strong communication and the ability to work independently are key assets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; less than 1 year of related experience or training is fine.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable talking with customers and teammates.
• Able to read and follow instructions, manuals, safety rules, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to determine service needs, schedule appointments, and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
• Answer, route, and respond to incoming customer calls, dispatch requests, and service-related emails from field employees.
• Schedule and coordinate assignments for service technicians according to customer needs and company procedures.
• Monitor technician progress and provide support to ensure service calls are completed on time.
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate assignment and service data in company systems.
• Maintain clear communication with team members and customers, keeping everyone informed throughout the service process.
• Clear voicemail and follow up on service-related messages as needed.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned to support the team and department.
