Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a call center or similar B2B customer service role.
• Proficient use of Word, Excel and Outlook; ability to type 50 wpm and learn additional systems.
• High level of professionalism and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers via email and phone and enter information into the dispatch system.
• Provide solutions to customer concerns and adapt to new processes as needed.
• Coordinate with on-call service teams to dispatch technicians for emergency requests.
