Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience leading service and parts in a marine or automotive environment.
• Proven experience increasing service and parts revenue at multiple locations, marine or automotive.
• Multi-site experience leading service and parts.

Responsibilities

• Develop consistent operating procedures for service departments across all properties.
• Establish KPIs needed to grow the service business line.
• Work with Human Resources to establish a service technician pipeline.
