Scion Staffing is conducting a national search for a Regional Service Director to provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple sites. The role oversees sales, service, installation, warehouse, fleet, call center, and dispatch, driving performance and customer satisfaction.

The position is onsite near Lake Zurich, IL, with a strong emphasis on coaching, staffing, and growth opportunities in a growing residential home services organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site residential services teams.
• Strong ability to drive KPIs and use data to improve performance.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to plan staffing for seasonal demand.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate managers and associates across locations and functions.
• Oversee operational performance across sales, service, installation, warehouse, fleet, call center, and dispatch, ensuring revenue and margins.
• Partner with finance and executives to evaluate performance and drive initiatives.
• Establish KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics to assess performance and coach teams.
• Mentor and develop leaders while fostering a healthy work environment.
• Ensure staffing aligns with customer demand and seasonal fluctuations.
