KnowledgeBrief is seeking a Skills Coach to support adults through the Service Designer Level 6 apprenticeship in a remote-first environment in the UK. You will work with learners, their line managers and curriculum colleagues to ensure timely progress and successful completion.

You will apply service design methods, coach learners to apply learning in practice, and maintain accurate records while contributing to cross-team projects and ongoing professional development.

Formación

• Experience delivering training, teaching or structured learning in service design or a closely related UX field, with evidence of supporting learners to apply their learning in practice.
• A relevant qualification at Level 6 or above in service design or a closely related field.
• Demonstrable expertise in service design methods, including user-centred design, research and insight, journey mapping, service blueprints, prototyping, testing and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Help learners design services that work better for users and stakeholders.
• Coach learners through the Level 6 apprenticeship, providing constructive feedback.
• Plan individual learning, monitor progress and maintain accurate records.
• Deliver engaging workshops and coaching sessions to support practice-based learning.
• Collaborate with line managers and curriculum colleagues to ensure timely progress and successful completion.
