Serco Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking an Apprenticeship Coach Assessor to support learners throughout their apprenticeship journey, helping them gain the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to achieve qualifications and progress in their careers. This remote role is homebased with travel as required.

You will deliver progress reviews, assess learners against apprenticeship standards and work with tutors and managers to ensure a high-quality learner experience.

Qualificações

• Recent experience in project management, leadership and management.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills with ability to motivate learners.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills to handle priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Support, coach and motivate apprentices throughout their programme, helping them achieve the apprenticeship standard.
• Deliver engaging progress reviews with apprentices and employers, ensuring compliance with funding requirements.
• Assess learners against apprenticeship standards and maintain high-quality assessment practices.
• Champion inclusivity and provide support strategies to help learners overcome barriers to learning.
• Maintain accurate learner records within the learner management system and e-portfolio platforms.
• Prepare learners for End Point Assessment and support throughout the programme.
• Collaborate with tutors, managers and quality teams to ensure a high-quality learner experience.
