Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Teaching and Learning Coach Level 5 to support apprentices with tailored teaching, coaching and assessment. You will manage a caseload, monitor progress, deliver Functional Skills and sector-specific training, and guide learners to timely qualifications.

You will also engage with employers, contribute to Learning & Development activities, and champion safeguarding and inclusive learning while travelling for in-person training across the South West and Midlands regions.

Qualifications

• A Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care or related subject.
• English and Maths at Level 2 (or equivalent).
• An Assessor qualification (A1 Level 3, TAQA or equivalent).
• Experience delivering apprenticeships within Health & Social Care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching, coaching and assessment tailored to learners.
• Monitor progress and deliver Functional Skills and sector-specific training.
• Provide information, advice and guidance to support learner achievement within timescales.
• Support employer engagement and wider Learning & Development activities.
• Champion safeguarding, wellbeing and inclusive learning at every stage.
• Travel to deliver in-person training across designated regions.
