Job summary

National Power, LLC is seeking a Service Coordinator Manager to lead the Service Coordination team, ensuring service levels are met or exceeded. The role focuses on creating efficient workflows, improving communications between coordinators and technicians, and monitoring metrics to drive standards and improvements.

This full-time, exempt position emphasizes team leadership, planning, and customer-focused service delivery, with remote work options as noted in the company information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• At least three years of service dispatching/coordinating experience.
• At least three years of leadership/supervisory experience preferred.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; preferably Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the Service Coordination team to meet or exceed department goals.
• Review and approve timecards and time off requests.
• Coach and develop the Service Coordinator team and provide guidance.
• Act as Account Liaison for Major Account Holders as assigned by the Service Manager.
• Ensure quotes, POs, and dispatch scheduling are completed timely.
• Generate KPI reports and monitor performance trends.
• Facilitate communication between service coordinators, technicians, and other departments.
